1. Commissions are for personal use ONLY. If you wish to use it for commercial uses, please say so in the form dedicated!
2. I have every right to decline the commission if I am not comfortable with it or I feel that I don’t have the capacity/ability to complete it.
3. Payments are split into two parts! The first part is paid upfront. The second part is paid after I'm done with the commission.

5. Refunds are available during the sample/sketch part but not after, unless I am unable to complete the commission. In which case, I will inform you and take the initiative.
6. Workflow can be from 4 days to 2 weeks, depending on many factors such as complexity, school, family or health issues. Please, keep in mind that for fast orders (minimum 2 day), I'll ask an extra for the payment!Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs, and I will decline further commissions requested by you.
